The FlyCart 100 is currently available. The FlyCart 30 may be available depending on DJI's stock, so please contact us for the latest availability. All accessories can also be ordered.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide. We also offer free shipping to metro areas on all orders over $1,500.

Yes. We provide ongoing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and warranty support. This applies to products purchased through our website and both our Tasmania and Queensland branches. Notably, our Tasmania branch operates as a DJI Customer Service Centre, offering after-sales support for all DJI consumer products. If you're in Tasmania, simply bring your DJI product to our shop and we'll be happy to help.

Bring your unit to our Hobart CBD shop. We'll record your contact details and a description of the issue. If it's a simple setup issue we can handle on-site, we'll resolve it for you. If a physical repair is needed or we cannot solve the problem locally, we will carefully pack your unit, create an after-sales case with DJI, and send it to DJI's official repair centre. After inspection, DJI will issue a quote, which we'll forward to you for approval. Once approved, the repair begins. When your unit returns, we'll notify you to collect it, and payment is made at pickup. Please note: DJI may provide a replacement unit instead of a repair, and may update or replace modules, which could change the serial number without affecting your after-sales service.
